We want you to be absolutely happy with the products you receive from us! If this is not the case, for any reason, you can return your product/s to us and we will give you a full refund or a voucher for that amount to order something else.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received, we will check the product/s to ensure they are in the same condition and let you know we’ve received it.
Your refund will be processed via original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you’d like to return it, please email us at with whether you’d like a voucher to the same amount, or a refund to the gift – giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
